Sometimes things simply don't go right. Although we pack our plants with the utmost care, the journey from the deep rainforest to your door can occasionally be a bumpy one. If something went wrong, we won't leave you to deal with it alone.
What if something happened to the plant during transit? The journey can be stressful for plants (so-called transport shock). However, if your shipment arrives significantly damaged or something is missing, let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of receiving it). We handle every case personally and with a cool head – our goal is your joy in growing, not unnecessary red tape.
How will we proceed together?
- Let us know: Email us at info@kaykinia.sk or give us a call.
- Attach photos: So we can assess the situation right away, send us photos of the damaged package and its contents.
- We'll propose a solution: Whether it's expert advice on how to "nurse the plant back to health," a replacement with a new piece, or a refund, we'll work it out so that you're satisfied.
